I'm based out of Las Vegas, Nevada!
How are our products made?
Every item is handmade by a team of 3 people. Every bead, ring, charm, and chain are locally sourced as we do our best to support other small businesses! Every piece of jewelry and art we sell are hand assembled and made in small batches.
What are the pieces made from?
We use high quality genuine mineral and natural beads. Almost every piece of jewelry in our store use high quality beads made from natural gemstones, rocks, minerals, and more. I make it my goal to use authentic materials rather than synthetic. We use crystal cut glass as well as custom made beads from resin.
Shipping and turnaround times.
How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
We operate on a flexible shipping schedule due to the way we release our items. Most common turnaround time is around 1-3 weeks after purchase depending on the items bought. Due to our small team size and every item being handmade, items such as PHM rosaries take longer to ship. We upload shipping updates in our discord and on tiktok with each shipping cycle.
I've ordered something and haven't received any notifications about shipping for a while. What is wrong?
If you have ordered the following items you should expect at least a 3 week from purchase turnaround.
- PHM ROSARY V1 or V2
-SHIP PENDANT
-CAR ROSARY
These items are the hardest to make and therefor the longest shipping time. As of now there is just myself working on the actual ship pendants and they're pretty tough to make!
I haven't ordered a rosary and I still haven't received my order within 3 weeks of purchase, what gives?
